Your Questions Answered

  • Will you use my products or your own?
    We will use your products wherever possible, as they are your preferred. We will also let you know when they are running low. However, there maybe times when we use our own products - with your prior permission.
  • Do you attend places that have pets?
    Unfortunately not, no. Due to cynophobia (a fear of dogs) and pet dander allergies, we are not able to attend any place where there are, or may be, furry animals.
  • Will you wear a face mask?
    If you would like us to wear a face mask whilst with you, please just let us know in advance. This will be no problem.
  • Do you clean at businesses or company's too?
    Possibly - but it will only be light cleaning! Run it by us, what it is that you are looking for and where - and we will give it some thought :)
  • How do I contact you?
    You can send a Whatsapp message to: 07534 306880. You can send an email directly to: Enquiries@BridgnorthHousekeeping.co.uk. There is also the "Let's Chat" feature on our website that you may use.
  • Do you do deep, heavy cleaning?
    No, we will not do any deep or heavy cleaning ourselves (oven cleaning, carpet cleaning, etc) - but can recommend someone to you who does :)
  • What if what I want isn't listed as a service?
    Contact us and tell us what it is that you would like us to do for you. We are more than happy to tailor to your requirements.

Cancellation Policy

Should Bridgnorth Housekeeping need to cancel for any reason: you will be given as much notice as possible and an alternative appointment will be arranged with you.
As a small business, we don't get paid for sick days or holidays :(

Should you need to cancel for any reason: please do the same. 
If you need to cancel, we would appreciate ample time to offer somebody else your appointment slot - so that we still get paid.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Bridgnorth Housekeeping wants you to be happy with what you're paying for.  If for some reason you are not happy, please speak with us.  We will try our best to put it right for you.
 

Our Company

It was a Private Landlord, who cleaned one's own residential rental properties, that formed Bridgnorth Housekeeping in 2013.  After being approached by a Letting Agent who enquired if the person would also clean end of tenancy properties that they managed for them, this domestic cleaning service began.  Word of mouth spread quickly and the business soon began receiving requests from Homeowners.

 

Despite a change of circumstance in 2020, Bridgnorth Housekeeping is still proud to retain its same professional cleaning

standards.
